We have acted for Ascot Resources on the acquisition and the recently announced sale of the Wonmunna Iron Ore Project in the Pilbara of Western Australia for AU$20m. The sale transaction has involved negotiation and documentation of exit from legacy arrangements in relation to previous development of the project to facilitate a clean sale.
