HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to have advised Hazer Group Limited (Hazer) on its recent $14.7 million capital raising. 

The raising comprised the issue fully paid ordinary shares in the company with free attaching options as part of a non-renounceable entitlement offer to eligible shareholders. The raising was partially underwritten by Viriathus Capital.  

The proceeds from the raising will be used to support ongoing operational performance and testing of Hazer’s Commercial Demonstration Plant, as well as advance Hazer’s existing commercial projects and to pursue further opportunities for low emission hydrogen and graphitic carbon.
