Damon is a Senior Associate in our Family and Relationship Law practice.
Damon has practiced exclusively in family law for over six years. He has advised and represented clients in high-net worth financial matters, child support matters, and parenting matters. He is committed to providing a tailored approach to his clients’ needs to achieve their desired outcomes. Damon is skilled at navigating contentious matters and he has managed complex litigation, including interjurisdictional matters in the Supreme Court of Queensland. Wherever it is possible to avoid litigation, he is meticulous in preparing negotiated agreements and otherwise engaging in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation at the earliest opportunity.
Damon has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a Family Law Rising Star in Brisbane in 2024.
Damon holds qualifications in Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland. He is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association.
