Elizabeth is a Special Counsel in our Resources and Energy practice.
Elizabeth provides advice on all aspects of resources and energy law with a special interest in renewable energy including hydrogen. She is also an experienced native title and cultural heritage lawyer.
Elizabeth’s experience allows her to provide commercially focused advice to her clients in relation to regulatory approvals, mining and oil and gas transactions including the acquisition or sale of resource projects, due diligence, services agreements, land access arrangements and environmental rehabilitation obligations.
Elizabeth’s expertise has been recognised by Doyle's Guide to the Legal Profession where she was listed as a Rising Star of Native Title law in 2017 to 2021.
