Jon is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice.
Jon advises on commercial and corporate litigation and dispute resolution in the areas of insolvency, general contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, estate and trust disputes, debt recoveries and the enforcement of securities. His experience includes advising large publicly listed companies on disputes in the construction, resources and manufacturing sectors.
Jon also has a keen interest in sports law where he advises local sporting organisations on various legal issues. He is a Tribunal Member of the West Australian Football Commission and also a member of the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association.
Jon holds qualifications in Law and Business from Murdoch University.
