Kim is a Partner who practices in all areas of banking and finance law with a focus on corporate and business finance.
Kim provides strategic and practical advice acting for Australian and overseas financial institutions and borrowers on a range of finance transactions, including mezzanine equity finance, acquisition finance, asset and equipment finance.
Kim has experience undertaking due diligence for a variety of lenders who provide commercial loans. He also advises clients on the impact of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) on their businesses, including advising on strategies to effectively protect their interests and minimise risk by registering security interests under the PPS Register.
Most recently, Kim was included in The Best Lawyers™ in Australia 2020–2024 editions for Banking and Finance Law.
