Olivia is a Special Counsel in our Planning and Environment practice.
Olivia advises clients on environmental and development approvals, project due diligence, the interpretation of planning schemes, conditions and related legislation, compensation issues, and environmental compliance and enforcement issues.
Her experience includes undertaking environmental due diligence for small and large property development, infrastructure and resources projects.
Olivia is a Fellow of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ - South-East Queensland Division), a member of the Queensland Environmental Law Association Legislative Review Sub-committee and a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia. Most recently, Olivia was included in The Best Lawyers™ in Australia 2021 – 2024 for Planning and Environmental Law and was a recipient of the 2023 Mary-Lou Morris Award for outstanding service to the EIANZ.
