Robyn is a Special Counsel in our Planning and Environment practice.
Robyn advises clients on development applications, approvals and appeals, infrastructure charging, and environmental issues. She also assists with and manages appeals in the Planning and Environment Court, matters in the Land Court and judicial review in the Supreme Court.
She is an active member of the Queensland Environmental Law Association and the Urban Development Institute of Australia. She also sits on the Queensland Environmental Law Association's Seminar Committee.
Recently, Robyn was named in The Best Lawyers™ in Australia 2022 - 2024 editions in the Planning and Environmental Law category. She was further included among the Doyle's Guide Planning & Environment Law Rising Stars – Queensland, 2022.
