Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Private Enterprise practice.
Sarah advises on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including private mergers and acquisitions, dissolution and restructures of companies, trusts and other entities. She also provides structuring advice to clients including preparing shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and joint venture agreements.
Sarah was named as a finalist in Lawyers Weekly, 30 under 30 in Commercial Law, 2020. She was recognised in Australasian Lawyer Rising Stars, 2021, as well as in the Doyle's Guide Corporate and Commercial Rising Stars – Queensland, 2022-2023.
Sarah holds qualifications in Laws (Honours) and Arts from the University of Queensland.
